- Exchange - Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Only exchanges will be provided after successful verification and approval of the issue.
To raise a exchange request -
- A clear, continuous, and unedited 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package and the issue.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
