Return & Exchange Policy
At Bejoyi, every saree is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We are committed to ensuring you receive the best shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong item.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp - +91 9239617698 within 2 days of delivery with:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video (mandatory)
- Your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact and the blouse piece uncut. If the product doesn’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to accept the return.
Refunds / Replacements
- After receiving your returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
- If the damage is verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement (as per your preference) within 7 working days.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees without tags or original packaging.
- Returns raised without unboxing proof or reported beyond 48 hours of delivery.
Please Note
A shipment may be returned to us due to:
- As our sarees are handwoven, slight variations in colour, weave, texture, or tassels are natural and not considered defects.
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
- Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
In such cases, the customer may be required to pay the shipping charges for re-dispatch of the order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as many of our sarees are reserved directly from our artisan partners after purchase.
